Custom EZ Blister Packaging

1EZ Face-seal blister packaging process requires heat-sealing a thermoformed plastic dome or blister onto the face of a printed, heat seal coated, single-ply blister card.

2EZ Fold-over EnvoPack places the thermoformed plastic between the fold-over card. In the fold-over design, the formed area protrudes through a die-cut opening and the card frames the display plastic with graphic details and is securely heat-sealed.

3EZ Clamshell blister packaging involves a clear single-piece blister with a hinged lid which securely snap-locks in place. Clamshell blisters are completely transparent for excellent product visibility. By using a printed insert card or printed label, you can have a retail shelf package quickly and easily.

Blister Cards

Blister cards are a great way to economically display products. Solvent-based coating offers multiple advantages including a cohesive bond that's an average of 50% stronger with half the application time. Whether the blister is made of PVC, styrene, PET or RPET (recycled PET), solvent coatings maintain solid bond coverage around the entire flange of the blister.
