Rigid cartons/setup cartons are often utilized for high end product display and protect such as personal care, cosmetic, electronics and medical devices.  For instance Apple Computer packaged their popular iPhone in a rigid carton wrapped in charcoal black printed-paper with soft touch coating. The lid has black ESD foam for protection and a thermoformed tray to safely hold the iphone in place.

Cosmetics and personal care products are often packaged in multiple product kits using rigid or folding cartons with thermoformed tray or divider to display and protect product.  We manufacture PET clear plastic lids which can be plain or printed for product display.

Our manufacturing plants can manufacture each individual item, assemble the cartons and transport them to your distribution center to fill them with finished goods for distribution within the retail market place.
